THE INVITATION

Come home
to yourself.

Into the Wild Within is a transformational retreat for those who are running on empty while holding it all together.

Set in the Costa Rican rainforest, overlooking the wild Caribbean Sea, this is where you step out of survival mode and back into your natural rhythm.

Step into the lush embrace of the Costa Rican rainforest, where every detail invites you to soften, awaken, and remember yourself. Through yoga, Thai bodywork, Shibari playshops, cacao rituals, ocean swims, jungle adventures, candlelit evenings, nourishing cuisine, and deep connection, you'll peel away expectation and rediscover yourself beneath it all—radiant, magnetic, playful, and profoundly alive.

Whether you’re burned out, in transition, grieving, unraveling, or standing at a crossroads you can’t ignore anymore—this retreat holds space for the real you. The one underneath it all.

Here, the rainforest doesn’t ask you to be anything other than present. The wildness around you becomes a mirror for the wildness within you—the part you may have silenced, ignored, or forgotten.

Led by Goo, yoga educator, Ayurvedic counselor, Nuad Boran practitioner and naturalist guide, with guest facilitators for selected experiences.

THE FEELING OF THE WEEK

Nothing to prove.
Everything to feel.

This is a retreat for remembering what it feels like to inhabit your body. To move without rushing. To breathe without effort. To eat slowly. To rest deeply. To laugh freely. To feel alive again.

Wake to the song of toucans and the scent of rain-kissed earth. Feel the warmth of the Caribbean sun on your skin as you step onto your mat, the jungle breathing all around you, the ocean shimmering beyond the trees.

Each day is intentionally designed to strip away the static with yoga that meets you where you are, meditation that quiets the mind, breathwork that offers space for what you’ve been carrying, and time in nature that invites you to exhale. Nourishing meals, stillness, movement, and space to simply be.

Each day unfolds with intention, weaving together yoga, meditation, breathwork, Ayurvedic wisdom, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Shibari playshops, nourishing cuisine, and spacious moments of stillness. Every practice is an invitation to soften the places you’ve been holding, awaken the places that have gone quiet, and reconnect with the quiet intelligence that already lives within you.

Sink into the warmth of the hot tub beneath a canopy of stars. Walk barefoot through the rainforest. Float in the turquoise Caribbean Sea. Let the rhythm of the jungle become the rhythm of your own breath.

Evenings invite gentle ritual—candlelight, nourishing meals, meaningful conversation, cacao shared in community, yin yoga, music, and firelight beneath an endless tropical sky.

The days are intentionally spacious. There is time to rest, to wander, to reflect, and to simply exist without needing to produce, perform, or achieve. Transformation unfolds naturally, at your own pace.

Yoga isn’t separate from meditation. Ayurveda isn’t separate from nutrition. Nature isn’t separate from healing. Everything is woven together into one immersive experience that nourishes body, mind, heart, and spirit.

The rainforest is more than a backdrop. It becomes a teacher. The rhythm of the waves, the songs of the birds, the tropical rains, and the stillness beneath the canopy gently remind you of a pace that belongs to your own body.

You'll be guided by someone who doesn't simply teach these practices, but lives them—sharing decades of experience in yoga, Ayurveda, Thai Yoga Bodywork, mindfulness, and the natural history of Costa Rica, enriched by knowledge of the rainforest and local culture.
